A Time for Baby currently runs baby massage and sensory classes for babies and Cake and Play sessions for toddlers up to 18 months. The aim of both classes is for parents to escape the daily hustle and bustle and refresh their energy under the wonderful magic Anouska holds over her classes. The children will explore and be enchanted whilst the parents can enjoy a cup of coffee and of course a yummy treat.
Anouska holds private, personal classes for small groups of friends, maybe for those times when you and your friends need a good catch up with your children! For babies upto 18 months. Minimum of 5 mums. There is also the opportunity for small birthday parties (ages 1 and 2).

Baby Massage Course
A wonderful time to escape everyday worries. Come and learn the art of massage but nit only that Anouska will take you on a journey of love, relaxation and compassion. Anouska will teach you a range of techniques to use in your time at home to deal with stress and tackle it head on!This class is not only about baby it's about you feeling empowered and loved, which in turn ensures you are able to have the strength to love and empower your pride and joy.
